What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

General Pest Control covers the pest concerns and treatment tasks listed in your estimate or service agreement. Work may include an inspection of accessible areas, treatment for identified general pests, and practical instructions for reducing conditions that attract them.

The agreement defines the property, target pests, and any follow-up visits. Termite work, bed bug treatment, wildlife removal, exclusion or repairs, and other specialized services require a separate written agreement unless specifically included.

Our work follows applicable licensing and safety requirements. Tennessee structural pest control company licensing is governed by T.C.A.

§ 62-21, and pesticide applicators must hold any required Tennessee certification. Products are used according to their EPA-registered label directions and applicable federal law, including FIFRA, 7 U.S.C.

§ 136. We follow relevant worker hazard-communication requirements under OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Applicable pesticide waste is handled under relevant RCRA rules and Tennessee requirements. EPA, TDEC, TDA, and USDA APHIS requirements apply where relevant to the work.

Setting or Changing an Appointment

Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the planned service window and any access instructions we need.

Please provide a safe way to reach the service areas and tell us about pets, occupants, access limits, or known hazards before the visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can; any notice period or fee will be stated in your service agreement or estimate, not assumed from this section.

We may need to change an appointment because of weather, safety concerns, access problems, or scheduling conditions. We will work with you to arrange another time.

If inspection shows that requested work differs from the agreed scope, we will explain the change and any revised cost before proceeding. Added work requires your approval.

We will not treat silence or access to the property as approval for a material scope or price change.

How Estimates and Payments Work

An estimate describes the service requested, the areas or pests covered, and the quoted charge based on information available at the time. The final scope may depend on an inspection and access to the relevant areas.

An estimate is not approval to perform work; you authorize service by accepting the estimate or otherwise confirming the agreed scope. If site conditions change what is needed, we will explain the proposed adjustment and obtain your approval before doing additional work.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment is due as shown on the invoice.

You are responsible for charges for work you approved, subject to applicable law and the written terms. Please raise billing questions promptly and include the relevant invoice or appointment details so we can review them.

No price, financing option, or payment plan is promised by these terms unless it appears in a separate written offer accepted by you.

What Our Service Warranty Covers

Any workmanship warranty, retreatment commitment, or service guarantee applies only if it is stated in your written estimate or service agreement. That document controls the covered pest, treated areas, coverage period, and steps for requesting a return visit.

These terms do not create a warranty period or promise that pests will never return. Pest activity can be affected by conditions outside a treatment, including entry points, sanitation, moisture, neighboring properties, and changes in the building.

Coverage may not apply to pests, areas, or work that were not included in the agreement, or where required access or preparation was not provided. It may also be affected by another treatment, construction, or a change in site conditions after our visit.

We will review the written terms and reported conditions before deciding whether a return visit falls within coverage. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Ask us to identify the applicable warranty terms before service if they are not clear in your paperwork.

Responsibility for Service-Related Losses

To the extent allowed by law, Tennessee Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, concealed defects, pest activity outside the agreed treatment scope, or loss caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be restricted.

We perform pesticide work subject to applicable Tennessee licensing and applicator certification requirements under T.C.A. § 62-21.

Pesticides must be applied in keeping with their EPA-registered label directions and applicable law, including FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. § 136.

These terms do not authorize any use contrary to a product label. Relevant employee hazard communication is addressed under OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Applicable pesticide waste is managed under relevant RCRA requirements and Tennessee rules. Please report a service concern promptly and provide details so we can review the work and the written agreement.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms or a scheduled service, call (877) 729-2528 or email info@tennesseepestsolutions.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Tennessee Pest Solutions, AT&T Building, 333 Commerce St, Nashville, TN.

Include your name, service address, and appointment or invoice details when relevant so we can identify the matter. Do not send urgent safety reports by ordinary mail; call us and, where needed, contact the appropriate emergency service or public authority.

We may update these terms as our practices or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on the website or provided directly, with an effective date when appropriate.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter a service agreement already accepted unless you agree or the law requires otherwise. The written estimate or agreement for your service may contain additional terms; if provisions conflict, the specific written service terms govern that work to the extent allowed by law. Contact us if you need help locating the version that applies.
